Simon Rogers's AM SKATER is a horizontal scroll type action game, where the player embodies a skateboarder who skillfully navigates obstacles utilizing the iconic skater move, the "Ollie."

Originally developed in 2001 for Japanese feature phones, AM SKATER has garnered over one million downloads to date. In addition, the game has received two esteemed awards for mobile gaming in Japan.

The game features five standard stages alongside a unique special stage. To unlock the special stage, players must collect the letters 'S', 'K', 'A', 'T', and 'E' in the preceding five stages. Acquiring each letter grants the skater newfound tricks or advancements in Ollie technique.

Players have the opportunity to discover distinctive combinations of techniques akin to real-life skateboarding.
